We offer hot tub maintenance services across the South of England, covering West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. Whether you are looking for regular maintenance, or a full service and clean, we can provide a high quality, affordable and responsive service. We are a small and independent company and pride ourselves on our personal and friendly approach with the highest level of professionalism which you may not find with larger companies.
If you are moving home and need to move your hot tub HD Living Group also offers a hot tub moving service. Our friendly, experienced team will make sure your hot tub is packed properly, moved and reinstalled quickly and efficiently to avoid any damage.
Our Hot Tub maintenance packages are detailed below:
Spa Refresh Service (per hour)
£45 per hour, (1hr for average hot tub in good condition, 2hrs for average swim spa in good condition)
- Filter clean
- Water refresh
- Vacuum
- Wipe spa shell
- Balance water
- Re-fit filters and head rests
- Exterior clean
- Cover clean and protect
- Set and test
Winterisation: £195 – deep clean and leave empty
Summer Restart: £195 – refresh spa, fill up and set up
Winterisation and Restart Package: £349 – 1x shut down, 1x restart
Hot Tub Moves
A standard spa move price is £190 inc VAT. This includes 2hrs labour, basic lifting equipment and a delivery round trip distance of 60 miles. Additional costs will be incurred if additional labour, time, lifting equipment or travel is required.
Call-Out Fees and Labour Charges
- 1st year of ownership: No call-out fee charged
- 2nd year of ownership: £49.99 plus VAT per call-out
- 3rd year of ownership: £62.50 plus VAT per call-out
- Call out fees include the first hour of labour on site
- Additional hourly labour rate will be charged at £40 plus VAT
